Gunshot injuries cause severe conditions such as excessive bleeding, tissue and organ damage, paralysis or broken bones, and may also lead to death. The immediate effect of a gunshot wound is severe bleeding, which depends on the location of injury, and type and speed of the penetrated bullet.
